Can I buy online?

Home scenting solutions are available for purchase online: https://scentair.com/en_gb/shop-home.html. For business enquiries, you can get in touch with one of our scenting expert here.

Can I submit an order online if I live outside the UK?

Orders can be placed from anywhere, but orders on scentair.com/en_gb/ can only be paid for in GB pounds, and may only be shipped to addresses within the UK.

How can I find my order number?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. The order number will begin with "000", followed by additional numbers. All ScentAir Account Holders can view their Order History under "My Account" once logged

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within two business days of placing them. We use DHL for standard shipping in the UK.

Can I check the order status from my account?

Tracking number information, once updated via DHL, can be found under My Orders in the Order Shipments tab once your order has shipped.
