ScentAir is confident that you will enjoy your consumer diffuser purchased on ScentAir.com. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your diffuser purchase, please contact ScentAir within fourteen (14) days of the date of your online purchase, and ScentAir will provide a refund. 

ScentAir will process qualified warranty refund requests on diffusers (Whisper Home and Whisper Pro Diffusers) submitted up to six (6) months from the date of your purchase. 

Scent Cartridges, Scent Samples, Candles, Room Sprays, Reeds, Auto, Bundles, Gift Sets, & ScentStems

Due to the nature of these fragrance products, all sales are final. We highly encourage the purchase of a fragrance sample. If you are unsure of which fragrance is for you, we have our Fragrance Finder Quiz, which can help identify which scent you might like.
