You must initiate a refund for your diffuser within 14 days of receiving your order. The diffuser must be unused and in its original condition.

You can start by visiting our Contact Form and selecting Refunds & Exchanges from the drop-down menu. Please include your order number and details about the item. Once you submit the form, our customer support team will contact you directly. 

Refund process

Once a member of the customer support team contacts you and issues your refund, the original payment method will automatically process a refund if the return is approved.

Non-Returnable items
